Ideal for low-volume ID card applications, the Small Business Secure ID System is an affordable, all-in-one package that includes the Magicard Alto single-feed ID card printer, Build-A-Badge ID software, a digital camera, and printer supplies. The system is extremely user-friendly and only takes minutes to set up. With the Magicard Alto printer, each card is fed individually, which makes this system perfect for on-the-spot printing of gift cards, membership and loyalty cards, student and employee IDs, library cards, and more.

The Alto prints full-color IDs on durable PVC plastic cards. Include photos, graphics, text, and bar codes, and for enhanced card security, you can even add Magicard's patented HoloKote Secure watermark, which comes standard with the printer. HoloKote helps to prevent illegal duplication, and also provides an additional layer of protection from wear and tear, as it covers the surface of the card. With the Alto, your HoloKote watermark is customized with your own unique text. This customized HoloKote key can be two lines long with up to six characters per line. When used with Magicard HoloPatch cards, one section of the HoloKote watermark can also be highlighted as a high visibility security seal.

Along with the Alto card printer, the Small Business Secure ID System comes with intuitive Build-A-Badge ID card software that allows you to build custom card designs or use convenient templates. The software also features tools for storing and managing cardholder information.

Please note: Build-A-Badge software is not compatible with Microsoft Vista. If you're a Vista user (32-bit), an upgrade to Alpha Card Standard software is required.
