AlphaCard Payment Methods

Payment options for orders originating from and shipping to the USA or US Virgin Islands:

Credit Cards

Alpha Card Systems accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We authenticate all credit card transactions and will ship directly to the billing address for the credit card unless directed otherwise. If you require that your order be sent to a different shipping address than the billing address on file, please call us at 800-717-8080 x1 for assistance.

Should we encounter any incidents involving credit card fraud, we will work with local and Federal authorities to prosecute such cases to the fullest extent of the law.

Checks and Money Orders

We also accept money orders and company checks. Please submit your order and payment to:

Wire Transfers

For instructions on how to make a bank wire transfer, please contact our sales team at 800-717-8080 x1 or 415-945-1777 x1, or send an email to sales@alphacard.com. We do not charge a wire transfer fee on orders originating in the US or Canada.

Purchase Orders

Government, educational and corporate customers may establish Net 30 Day terms with Alpha Card Systems. Please call us at 800-717-8080 x1 to expedite this process.

The following minimum order amounts must be met for all first-time purchase orders:

• $100.00 from schools and government entities
• $250.00 from corporate customers

Future orders may be for any amount. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

International orders originating from or shipping to locations outside of the USA:

Please note that all orders originating from outside of the US must be prepaid via wire transfer prior to shipment. Exceptions may be made for long-term AlphaCard customers. Any customs, duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We have a $25 wire transfer processing fee for orders originating outside the US or Canada.

These procedures are in place due to the strong threat of credit card fraud related to offshore orders. For our international customers, we appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
