The government said that they are going to issue tamperproof ID cards to prevent problems like this from happening. When interviewed, Hernandez simply said: "One way or another, we'll always find a way."There is one main question that still lingers with Congress: How to crack down on fake documents and punish the employers who accept them.

MD 133 says no to ID cards for landfill
MD of Spirit River council voted a resounding no to the issuing of ID cards to its residents for the delivery of garbage to the regional landfill. This is the plan involving all of the five Central Peace municipalities that would issue cards to their residents. These cards are to be shown to the landfill operator when a load of garbage is delivered to the landfill. Every municipality would have a different colored card and in this way, CCS, the operator, knows which municipality to bill the dumping fee to.
