669 ID cards to be used for repairs fraud seized in Carabobo

Puerto Cabello mayor Osmel Ramos denounced Saturday that 669 ID cards were turned over to Plan Republica by an official of the Carabobo regional government. The ID cards were presumably to be used for fraudulent purposes in the recall referendum signature repairs process. Of the 669 ID cards, 160 were valid cards that had been seized in roundups, presumably by the Carabobo Police.
