Fast & Efficient Visitor Registration

Scan drivers’ licenses and other personal IDs for quick and accurate data entry. To build a new database record, insert an existing form of identification into the scanner and run it through. As the ID is scanned, information from the card will automatically fill in the database forms, including the photo and signature fields. You can also choose to capture and import digital photos and electronic signatures using USB devices. The database editor allows you to easily add, remove, and manually adjust database information as needed.

Link & Coordinate Multiple Locations

Alpha Track allows you to manage multiple locations at the same time, even providing unique access procedures and alerts for each location.

Track Time and Attendance

Use Alpha Track to log employee time and attendance. View detailed logs containing total hours worked or a comprehensive breakdown of attendance records.

Acquire the data through a group interface or through the individual records for each employee. Time and attendance logs can also be exported as .csv files and integrated with payroll.

Program Alerts

Set alerts to be triggered by a variety of actions including visitor and equipment check-in and check-out, card printing, or any time a record is modified. Cardholder groups and individuals may have alerts prompted before, during, or after virtually any preset action. Alerts can appear in the form of on-screen displays, or in emails.

Establish Access Policies

Control access to secure facilities by creating access policies and establishing specific rules for groups as well as individual cardholders.

Access and denial policies can be assigned to individuals and groups based on a variety of factors including day of the week, location, time of day, length of visit, and expiration date.

Design and Print ID Cards, Labels, and Paper Badges

Use Alpha Track’s integrated designer to produce professional ID cards, badges and labels on the spot. Alpha Track is capable of printing on any Windows compatible printer, and supports Dymo and Zebra printers for producing paper badges and labels. For high-quality plastic ID cards, the software operates with Zebra, Fargo, Magicard, Evolis and Nisca ID card printers. Additionally, Alpha Track supports Datacard, XID, and HiTouch printers, amongst others.

Powerful Check In/Check Out Features

Alpha Track allows you to check cardholders in and out using a barcode scanner, magnetic stripe reader, proximity card reader, or a basic keyboard, depending on your desired visitor management setup. When an identification card is swiped for verification, Alpha Track pulls up the cardholder’s record. (This screen can be customized to suit your specific needs.) The cardholder is then either checked in or out automatically or after clearing a review process.

Centralized Management

Manage multiple locations, users, and groups centrally. Centralized management, configuration, and reporting is made easy thanks to an innovative design that stores card designs, database paths, logs and user rights within the individual company, separate from the actual cardholder databases.

Detailed Reports and Logs

Alpha Track attains detailed information on all events and activities that occur. You can view or print this data in custom logs and reports, or using preset forms. To customize reports, simply arrange your desired options within the custom log setup. You can choose to print or export your reports, and can even save your custom criteria for future use.

Track Equipment

Monitor the coming and going of equipment through your facilities by creating history logs for each item. Alpha Track is able to follow the journey of individual items, which can be assigned to specific cardholders. Use equipment logs to generate reports, convey outstanding items, and view equipment history.
