support on any printer purchased from us. Our patient and knowledgeable tech support staff is
available from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm PST to answer your questions.
- Help Desk: Telephone technical support for anything from taking the printer out of the box to creating
multilevel databases.
- Parts and Labor Warranty: Return-to-depot warranty repair, including all parts and labor.
- Loaner Express and Hot Swap: Fargo and Eltron printers offer delivery of a loaner printer direct from
the factory if yours needs repair.
- Extended Warranty: Renew your warranty up to four additional years for uninterrupted service and support.
