As an anti-forgery measure, every Alto M prints a holographic watermark in a wave pattern across the face of every card. If you want to use your own watermark design, you may upgrade by purchasing an Alto Custom Key Card, which both allows you to print a custom watermark and only prints when the Key is present. And because this printer comes with a three-year warranty in North America, the EU and other selected countries, peace of mind is a standard feature of every Magicard Alto.
